Inclusions: What’s included in your new home
One of the more overwhelming phases of the home-building process can come right at the start when you’re attempting to figure out what is and what isn’t included in the price of your new custom home.
Many builders will tell you what is included in the price of your new home and will avoid addressing what isn’t included in the price. However here at WA Country Builders, we believe that knowledge is power and that you deserve to know what features are not included in your new home, as listed below:
- Internal wall paint
- Flooring materials
- Pendant and down light electrical upgrades
- Window treatments e.g. shutters, curtains and blinds
- Landscaping and items such as decking, aggregate, planter boxes
- Air conditioning, home security and entertainment systems
- Home furniture and decorative items
What does all this really mean to you?
When you come to your colour and produce selections with a builder, you can spend thousands of dollars bringing your custom home up to an acceptable standard of finish. What seemed a “really good price” at first can often turn out less attractive once the “extras” are included.
At WA Country Builders, we have chosen the products that most people prefer in their new homes and incorporated them into the Elements specification and the Advantage specification. This means you will have complete peace of mind, knowing that you are getting what you want included “upfront”. You won’t get any nasty surprises or have to dip into your savings to finish off your home.
