Contracts were easily managed considering we are an hour and a half from Albany.

Our biggest praise goes to the people who worked on our house – Todd and his team. We lived in the old house next to the new build throughout the process. All trades were respectful of this which is very much appreciated.

Todd kept us informed at every step which allowed us to enjoy building on our property.
