Jacqui, a resident of Margaret River since her early twenties, thrives on the tranquility of country life. Having seen WA Country Builders’ signs around town and admiring their designs, she knew she wouldn’t settle for anything less when building her dream home.
Together with her husband David, they visited a nearby display home and were instantly impressed. Their enthusiasm only grew when they met Sue, who – along with her furry companion Patch, the dog – warmly guided them through the process.
“Sue really guided us through the whole process,” Jacqui explains. “We had a specific vision – a smaller home with an eastern entrance that still fit the neighbourhood style. Sue was fantastic. She used her standard plans as a base and ‘cut and pasted’ them to create exactly what we wanted. She kept us updated with quotes throughout the build to make sure we stayed within budget.”
Finding the perfect balance between size and functionality was key. “Three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a big double garage to fit our large vehicles. Sue helped tick all the boxes.”
The happy couple is now enjoying their dream home. Landscaping plans are already underway – brick paving and a pergola are next! They’ll likely be busy beautifying their new space well past Christmas.
