WA Country Builders shine in home design awards
For recognising outstanding home designs in WA, the HIA CSR Western Australian Housing Awards stand out as the ultimate celebration.
Following many rounds of regional awards over several months, last Friday the state-wide award ceremony was held and we delighted to share that WA Country Builders were finalists in several categories, and we are also proud of our sister-brand for taking home some winner awards.

Home design that stand out
WA Country Builders were proud to attend the award ceremony and achieve finalist status for Project Home of the Year for Bowes and the Excellence in Service award in the medium builder category.
With the Bowes home being finalist in these state awards, it confirms this design as a stand out home, having already won the 2023 HIA-CSR Mid-West Housing Awards Project Home of the Year and the 2023 MBA Mid-West Best Contract Home.
A traditional style farmhouse home, with large, open-plan living space, this design was inspired by our popular Stonewood Design.
JWH brands sweep the 2023 HIA-CSR WA Housing Awards
In what was an afternoon to be remembered, we are proud that several of our JWH brands have been recognised across the whole of WA, in a variety of award categories.
The Rural Building Co. took out the Golden Key Award for Western Australian Display Home of the Year – Vasse for the Daintree Retreat as well as Project Home of the Year for Gidgegannup as well as being a finalist.
It has been wonderful to have JWH Group brands awarded for building quality homes across the state and be recognised for our commitment to excellence, innovation and dedication to building and delivering high quality homes to Western Australians.
General Manager Tony Harvie expressed his gratitude for the recognition;
