2012 Telethon Home
As proud sponsors of Telethon, WA Country Builders have designed the Regional 2012 Telethon home to suit its unique location and the needs of a growing family. Inspired by one of our most popular display homes “The Lamont” this home captures the romance of traditional Australian Colonial design and blends it with the latest in design features and the luxurious fit-out all Telethon homes are renowned for.
The warm street appeal of the home with its sweeping verandahs, exposed eaves steep pitched roof and the mix of traditional red brick, cladding and render suggests to visitors that they are about to enter an exceptional home, one that blends traditional style with the best of 2012!. The team at Satterley property group generously donated a prime block of land for this year’s Telethon home which overlooks a beautiful natural bush setting and has views through a landscaped park. This beautiful location inspired Design Manager, Robert Kirkovski to design a home which complements the land and captures the surrounding environment.
Once inside the home welcomes you in through a gallery foyer and the master suite and adult entertainment areas are cleverly separated from the family bedroom accommodation at the rear. The foyer delivers you into a stunning free form living area that captures light and views through all elevations and is the family relaxation space. The stunning kitchen has to be experienced. With its expansive preparation and storage areas and the integration with the scullery and laundry areas – it is a dream come true. The kitchen servery with bi-fold windows to the Alfresco entertainment area will ensure you enjoy this homes features all year around.
A well-proportioned family accommodation wing with generous bathroom and activity/study room for the kids and three large double bedrooms completes this wonderful home.
WA Country Builders are no strangers to building Telethon homes, this is the for the children of Telethon.
